THE VERVE WERE RIGHT... "Now the drugs don't work they just make you worse"

Daily I hear from people struggling with anxiety that the only way they can cope is with pills & medication, but then the medication either doesn't work OR leads to you feeling like a zombie, or completely messes with your sex drive and hormones or leads to other physical symptoms or eventually does nothing and you're looking for the next drug/pill to move on to and so on and so on....

Sound familiar?

Now I know that we live in an a time where we want an easy quick fix to everything, and it almost seems like there is a pill for most things BUT.... and this is a BIG BUT... It seems that for a large number of people, the Verve were spot on and the drugs really don't work and they make you feel worse...

So where's the fix? Especially when you're on them for years...

I get it, you're fed up of the symptoms that you're experiencing and you're fed up of being exhausted....

All you truly want and desire is to have...

Peace of mind... To stop the what ifs & negative spiral of overthinking.... To be able to experience life as yourself confidently so that you can truly express yourself!

Am I right?

This is what my clients who come to me are looking for and what I help them to achieve...

For many, the drugs may help numb the pain temporarily, and I know that a lot of people will continue down that route, maybe due to misinformation, maybe due to fear, maybe due to convenience...

But..

There are other ways which can help you to overcome it which are non intrusive, do not leave you zombified and give you the power to be anxiety free in minimal time.

Until you understand yourself better and decide and commit to tackling the anxiety from the root cause, you will be managing or coping with the symptoms at best rather than reducing and overcoming them completely...

Instead of masking the symptoms, coping or managing with it, wouldn't you rather be out there living and experiencing all that life has to offer?

It's your life, choose to live it!

Do not let the Verve be your lifelong playlist (even if they are an incredible band)
