NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)

Created in the 1970s by Richard Bandler an American psychologist and John Grinder - a Linguist.

Together they studied some of the world's greatest communicators, relationship and change experts.  NLP encompasses Personal development and communication.

Our behaviour and perception of our world is created through interpretation of our minds to previous experiences and the opinions and beliefs of those around us, i.e our parents, teachers, religious leaders.

This is why people experiencing the same external event can recall it very differently.

NLP is a set of guiding principles and tools to shift beliefs and thought processes that aren't serving us, as well as giving us a better understanding of other people's behaviour and best ways to communicate with them.

N Neuro - This refers to our brain and nervous system. This is where we represent the external world within us through our five senses, pictures, sounds, feelings, smell and taste.

L Linguistic - The way we use language to represent ourselves, this includes both verbal and non verbal communication.

By using NLP we can uncover any coded or hidden language that may be leading to limitations or self sabotage, and we can begin to transform these limitations and negative feelings to allow you to explore and renew your identity which will allow you to become the best version of you.

Because of the nature of NLP, it's uses are valuable in everyday life, within our everyday relationships with family, friends and work colleagues it can allow us to better relate to them and communicate better.
